Happy Cinco de Mayo!
My earliest memory of food are tacos and mom's chocolate cake. Fitting for a girl who grew up in New Mexico and now bakes cakes for happy occasions. Best I can figure, I don't need an excuse to eat Mexican food. But if I did, Cinco de Mayo is a great one!
I might just need a pair of these sneakers to make my Cinco de Mayo!
