Juicing | Day 1 | breakfast

Today marks Day 1 of my juice fast.

For breakfast I juiced:
2 apples
3 carrots
1" ginger root

It produced approx 14 oz of juice

Yes, it tastes better in my pretty cup.

It actually didn't taste horrible.  The ginger was a little strong, but I drank it without much of a struggle and felt fine.  Stay tuned for my mid-morning snack.  Yum!
