Yesterday, as I meandered through the feminine hygiene products at my favorite shopping paradise, I hear this:
"Mom, I know I'm better than him"
...[pause]...
"he's trailer trash"
...[pause]...
"Mom I know I can do better"
...[pause]...
"he's trailer trash"
...[pause]...
"he's a loser. What do you want me to do?"
And then she was too far away to hear.
I thought for a moment that I could totally relate to this woman. And then I started to feel sorry for people who live in trailers.
I'm sure they're not all bad. And no one is "trash", we're all Heavenly Father's children, after all.
